The MACH30 aims to address critical challenges in the machining industry and overcome the limitations imposed by currently available market solutions, namely: low-lead brass alloys with machinability below 60%; conventional PVD/CVD coatings with poor adhesion and durability; fragmented digital platforms dependent on proprietary ecosystems; and poorly integrated and standardized AM-CNC hybrid methodologies.
